Delhi County Water District ("Delhi CWD") was formed in 1958 and provides domestic water and sewer services to residents of the District. The District's financial and administrative functions are governed by a five-member board of directors elected by the voting population within the District. The District's mission statement is to improve the quality of life for the people of Delhi by providing clean, safe and affordable drinking water and dependable wastewater services.
Delhi County Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Delhi County Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
